I’m just a reg dude from the hood and been working on my credit for only two years got my credit up to 696, out of collections, good standing credit card and student loan after two years of dedication. Ya boy just approved for 220, 000 for my dream house for my 3 sons and wifey. Can’t move in into the 14th of June I drive by everyday in disbelief. Proud of you sis! There is no feeling like this! how exciting that you got your first home! i'm in that stage of my life also where i'm questioning if i'm ready to buy MY first home. as a single late 20's woman i feel it's a big step to take and definitely a big commitment. i'm excited tho and hopefully can jump into the process sooner than later .
