What's the difference between a flail mower and a brush cutter?

Cool. That's the first video of a flail mower mowing something other than tall grass on flat ground that I've seen. Thank you! How would it work on taller shrubs like multiflora rose and japanese honeysuckle or high thickets of porcelain berry? The mower height is so short I have a hard time imagining these taller problems getting mown down.

Is that lady on steroids??? I ve got the same tech, am 6’3 guy and would have my upper back muscles screaming after such clean up. Bcs is specially using ladies to kind of lie of how easy is to operate their machinery. The reality turns out to be something else…. Get a 4w tractor and save your back.
