The tuning part prices look like they're from the japanese version of the game. Even weight reduction 1 was 430'000 credits on that screen. So don't panic.

Those 2 million credit tires is actually because the trailer uses the Japanese build of the game and uses yen while for everyone else they'll probably be like in the 20, 000 range at least for the race tires

After all those years we'll finally get the "premium" Impreza. Also I'm really happy that the E36 M3 will be finally featured

The prices for the tyres are for sure from the Japanese version of the game (credit values work a bit differently there, so everything looks more expensive). The Michelin tyres are also just a rebranding of all the normal tyres by the looks of it too, but that's to be confirmed when the update comes out.

3:33 In fact the new physics is for everything, not just for Rally, at yesterday's event Igor Fraga in the interview before the race said that they were already using the new physics, and the commentators from Portugal also said the same. Furthermore, Igor Fraga gave some news about the new physics on his discord, From what I read, in short the game was more realistic

I would really love if kaz and PD added special stages route 11 and 7..loved those tracks back in the day, and would also love to see the middle of the route x being opened up

Credit price could be from the Japanese version where it’s localised and about 100x more. Not sure though.

Got memories on this track from Gran Turismo 5 and the Prologue, nostalgia is going to hit me like tonne of bricks, been a long time since I played on it

If im not mistaken, they were already racing with the new physics in Montreal FInal. Which means maybe overall physics update.. At least this is what I heard and drivers indicated in the FInal.

the short version of the track is the only one that features entirely paved roads the rest switch to gravel/wood surfaces. only reason i know this is someone ported this track to assetto corsa in incredible detail

Thank GOD this track is coming rather than the Canada GP track that I saw rumours for.

4:45 The price of tires is very expensive because the money is in yen, Japanese money.

Releasing an update like this after 2 and a half year of release makes me believe that GT8 is further away from release than I thought...I think PD is planning to support GT7 for at least another year and half....maybe we will see the trailer for GT8 in early or mid 2026

Twin Motegi would have been a killer add considering PD has a presence there already! Not complaining at all with this update as Eiger is another good addition!

The Scuderia is my favorite handling road car from GT5. The way the rear snaps out of line and can be controlled powering out of a turn felt good back then, even. If it sounds as well as the real car, it will be even better. Cannot wait to try it in VR.

Igor Fraga said in the live event yesterday that they are driving with the new physics. So it should apply to road circuits as well. The tyre prices are from japan and are Yen related. So this doesn’t mean anything i think. Thanks for the video!

That track first appeared it GT Prologue. I remember drifting Celica GT4 WRC around it for days. Great circuit.
