In which terminal do we need to run these commands..as am unable to open vm terminal?

i have one additional hint. For me this error came up after updating to 6.1.22. So i just wanted to do the fix here. before i tried to shut my machine down, and start again. So no restart, but shutdown and reboot.
Acutally this did it for me. So now it works fine, without this fix.
I do not know, if this helps everybody, but i would recommend to give it a try.

vboxdrv.sh: failed: modprobe vboxpci failed. Please use 'dmesg' to find out why.

There were problems setting up VirtualBox. To re-start the set-up process, run
/sbin/vboxconfig
as root.
