Lyrically speaking the song is like a strange twist of Coldplay's "Viva la vida" (which PSB covered brilliantly). Instead of a king being stripped of his throne, a dictator is egging the crowd on to put him out of his position and misery!! Genius!! I love the almost elegy feel of the ending... chilling!
