Can you do an upwork tutorial for beginners? I want to begin with upwork as an beginner agency but there isnt really a good video on YT explaining everything. Would appreciate it very much and i think others would too :)

Thanks for dropping this Montell, I already started this back in June / July of 2022 when the hybrid system wasn’t effective for me (cuz i was 16). Loved the insights of how many touchpoints you need to have with prospects.

Mind if I ask:
1. Is this effective for beginners?
2. If so how many times would you recommend them to post to land that meeting with content alone?
3. Also do you recommend doing outreach with your personal brand or is this system more effective with just content alone?
4. What platforms do you recommend for agency owners to use when starting out?
5. If so how many should you do with your personal brand (since this ain’t 1 dimensional like emails)

can i ask what demographic do u target? I'd guess 16-25, "broke" men mostly, am I right? If so, is it hard to sell to them? Would u recommend someone getting into selling courses to this demographic?
