(EPILEPSY WARNING!)

Chaos, chaos! I can do ANYTHING! Uee hee, uee hee! See what happens when you're good girls and Ralseis and are patient?

(Deltarune, as of the release of this video, is not a complete game. Toby Fox admitted that the first chapter is only a demo. I thus cannot make a full Deltarune the Musical, but what I CAN do is release individual songs that aren't connected like a musical!)

FAQ
Q: Why are there so many comments yelling at people for delaying the release?
A: There was a numbers game where any time someone asked for Deltarune the Musical I pushed the release of this video back a day.
Q: Why are there so many comments saying it's because of technical difficulties?
A: I don't know. They are wrong.
Q: Why are there so many comments telling you to hurry up and release the video or else?
A: It's the internet.
Q: So... is there Deltarune the Musical?
A: N... no. Deltarune isn't a complete game as of the release of this video. I can't make a full musical out of a not-full game. Even if it was complete making full musicals takes time.
Q: When's Megalovania?
A: October 22nd 2017.

i just realized the version of the closing song of deltarune when he says "When the light is running low, and the shadows start to grow, and the places that you know cut away the afterglow." Godamn I love that

Jevil singing a twisted version of the first part of "Don't Forget" is very interesting, given that the song is otherwise only heard by the Player. In the context of a (not) musical, this would be an interesting way to convey how Jevil knows more than he should.

"We're created just to die"

That's basically Ralsei in this fight

"there's a light inside your soul, slowely shrinking in the cold"
totally unintentional, but considering chapter two thats absolutely perfect when jevil already hints at several things in that chapter!

Sans: nothing in life matters. *is depressed*
Jevil: NOTHING IN LIFE MATTERS! *is ecstatic*

It's one thing to make lyrics for a wordless song.
It's another thing entirely to make lyrics so good that you can hardly believe they're not canon.

What interesting about Jevil is that he's RIGHT. While everyone else is stuck with one type of card or piece (Ruddin has diamonds and ONLY diamonds, same goes for Hathy, Clover, and the spade family with their respective symbols), Jevil can use anything, can DO anything. He doesn't seem to follow a set pattern, unlike everything else. he's not bound by the constraints of the normal world, and for that reason, he's the only free one. His lyric line "freedom denies the right to choose" is correct. You are presented with the illusion of freedom, but in the end, you have no choice but to do what the game says, the Prime examples being at the start, middle, and end of the game. When Susie "asks" you if you're going to go with her, your choices are immediately snatched away, and just after that, you can try to choose where you are going to go, but Susie verbally ropes up back and only allows you to go with her. When you build a machine to trash your own ass, you can choose what to put on it, but, ultimately, the device is destroyed. Spare the darkners, fight the darkners, the ending is the same: you go back to the surface and go home. Even the minor moments make sure that there is no real difference as to what happens. The only way to get something significantly different after the fight is when you spare or kill JEVIL specifically (okay, and the king, but given what this game is, that probably won't have much of an impact). He'll give you different pieces of foreshadowing depending on what you do. That's why Jevil is right about his cell not really being a cell: it's the only place where you are free to do what you wish. You have so many choices to choose, compared to the one or two that most battles give. Sparing or fighting gives different endings, compare that to the very minor differences in common encounters. Jevil isn't stuck in there by himself, you're stuck out there with the other prisoners of fate.

Edit: Okay, since everyone and their mother has said it, I know the real-word reason he can use every attack is that he is the joker card. Also that the reason he's in there is because the joker is usually banned. I've gotten enough of those comments.

Edit 2. Upon re-fighting jevil, I discovered he does have a set attack pattern... up until he uses final chaos. Then patterns get thrown to the wind.

Jevil: "I can do anything!"
Me: "can you let me win?"
Jevil: "Just because I *can* do anything, doesn't mean I *will* do anything"

The fact that the more I listen to this song, the more the lyrics start to make sense just slightly terrifies me.

"Freedom denies the right to choose"
One day, he started saying things that didn't completely make sense, but didn't completely not make sense either

People seem to misinterpret the line "I can do anything!" He means that, because his world is just a game and his choices have no consequence, he may as well do whatever he wants.

"There is a light inside your soul slowly shrinking in the cold"

Man, that's some creepy unintentional prophecizing.

Jevil himself achieved what Spamton could not even with help from Kris.
Jevil is ALREADY in his "NEO form", so to speak. He is free, and nothing constrains him. Spamton, having gained power, was constrained by threads getting rid of which he was ready to soar into the sky ... But in the end, he just fell, while Jevil freely levitates above the ground.
