Twelve diverse Christian leaders find hope and fellowship at a series of boundary-breaking retreats in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Brought together by the Reverend Michael Gulker of The Colossian Forum, five women and seven men struggle with some of today’s most contentious issues. The divisions between them test both their common belief in the universal importance of love and kindness and the bonds they build over the course of a year.

I have been able to see this beautiful film. It invites us to see each other as persons of sacred worth- even when we strongly disagree. It engages us in wrestling with what love really means, especially if we claim ourselves to be Christians. I found this film to be challenging and inspiring. In this season of deep divisions, I invite you to see it and decide for yourself.

Good movie... I don't want to write spoilers, but it could've been a better movie. So much potential in this movie was lost because of focus on one topic. Would've loved to hear more discussion on the other topics. I'm sure in Grand Rapids there are Pastors that are GOP. Would've liked to see the dynamic of that.

But no one ever talks about crime outside of school / group shootings.. what about domestic violence? All the missing/ murdered kids and adults.. ingenious people, human/ sex trafficking? It’s always the same issues and not these that I mentioned

Out of the 7 topics none of them apply to anything religious. Best part about these topics normal people can't even understand them because they are 2 different meanings legal and lawful same words different definitions.

Are you talking about non biblical issues of not getting along with ppl from other religions background or biblically issues ?
Because if it's biblical like The first question of homosexual wedding you just crosses the biblical line of truth .
We love ppl into heaven by sharing the truth of God's word . Encourage Reconciliation between man and God. To be born again.
It would be awesome to see more Pastors to teach off their public The whole counsel of God . Starting with Gen -Rev. Expositional teaching, verse by verse of God's word instead of topical preaching to tickle ppl ears. Because biblically we would have much much less of these issues. Gods

We should seek to be at peace with all men but should never forget that Jesus warned we will be hated for His sake. Because those who reject Him hate Him, they will hate His followers as well (John 15:18).

Interesting that all the women pastors support gay marriage. The mental gymnastics to find Biblical support for something that is expressly forbidden could have been avoided easily had we not strayed from the Word in the first place.

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 “The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. If there is anything they desire to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.”
