I don't think left leaning, progressive white women knew that they were outnumbered either. Women on the right will always vote to protect whiteness, over any other stance or issues.

They didn’t understand what tariffs were and they’re losing jobs, bonuses and their side hustle.

I unfortunately was not surprised that white women did not vote in their best interests. They didn't do it for Hillary either. Also this brings me back to women's suffrage movement when they were reluctant to include black women. I love the day off or month off protest. That to me is what black people should be doing for all these issues. We have a tremendous buying power and we do not use it for the better of our community.

I'm sitting out this fight. As a Black woman - I'm tired. Tired of fighting for those who don't want to fight for me, support me, are against me. I chose to no longer empathize socially or in the boardroom. White women have shown who they are. God Bless.

I feel totally betrayed by my fellow white women who voted for him. I find him totally repulsive.
I wanted Kamala. We needed her, and we would have been safe with her. We lost a chance to be a better country.

They felt jealous, envious and threatened by Harris.

I'm a Kamala voter in the south and I'm white. I'm ashamed of all women, period, that voted for Trump.
The men too, actually.
Ignorance equals cruelty.

Im white. My daughter and I voted for Harris as did all my friends. "family" didnt and I dont know how to deal with them either. It is so so disheartening. My daughter said something the other day I think she is right. She said that we were taught that everyone has a right to their own opinion. But we arent entitled to an opinion if the opinion is based on all falsehoods.

I am a Gen X white woman. I am appalled by the election results. Kamala is clearly qualified. But i had seriously underestimated the amount of racism in American society.

People who voted for Trump voted against their own interests, especially women. Sisters need to support one another.

Professor Hunter, one of a few white female friends that I have, which I have known for 20 years told me to prepare myself because trump was going to win. I must admit I was shocked because I did not know that she was a trump supporter. I'm feeling some kind of way about her now because she displayed some of the trump supporter talking points. I feel that she is actually my oppressor and is clueless as to what my everyday experiences are as a black woman. I just can not get pass this 'betrayal'. I am now looking at the majority of white women with a side eye.🤷🏾‍♀️
