Whether it's a "joke" or not is irrelevant to me. When this tall tale started, I noticed that there is no reference to any actual location, which is a good indication of fiction. I watched the program as a "what if instead of a what is" event. When they got to the part just before "they lived happily ever after", there was an account of the arrest of criminals along with politicians and other public servants. My mind instantly shifted to: The District Attorney, bought and paid for by George Soros and Klaus Schmidt declined to press charges and released the "victims" to their own recognizance. Good thing nothing like that could ever happen here in America....at least not more than a couple of times a week!
