"Sion is strongest in the early game and falls off in the late game."

Do you know what sions W passive does. It give health per minion kill. He scales. He is one of the weakest tanks in the early to mid game and then is one of the strongest late game because he is has 300-500 armor and 200-300 MR, and 4-6k health if he's going full tank. If not, and he's going tanky bruiser build, then he will still have 4-5k health but weaker armor and MR amounts.

You're probably joking about pantheon countering sion, sion will buy full armor and pantheon will do L I T E R A L L Y 0 dmg to him all the game

Wait. SIon falls off late game and is strongest early? Do you even play him? I literally went 0/5 early game and then finished the game 12/5 because i was unkillable late game.
