I prefer the rackless system over the pannier system. I've had the pannier system for over a year, but it made the bike over 120cm wide and distributed the weight far to the outside. If I had to buy again, I would go for the snug fit of the rackless system, making the bike less wide and keeping the weight close to the bike.
