It's almost comical to listen to his lies, it's practically pathetic.

It actually feels good that Trump is no longer the president anymore. Keeping Trump out of the White House forever will be even better for America’s future as a respectable democracy.

Electing him again will be sheer stupidity.

This was a great way to say "China, send me money for my 'campaign'"by Trump.

This man is a utter, total, absolute threat to world peace.

Taiwan did not "take our business away". American executives gave our business to Taiwan and China and Mexico and anyone else who could increase the executives' profits.

It's up to the American people, will you choose hate and ignorance or not? Authoritarianism and fascism or democracy??

we had a full-on, out-in-the-open traitor in the Oval Office between 2016 and 2020, and there are full-on, out-in-the-open traitors among us who want him back in there.
these are the stakes in 2024.

Taiwan didn't take away anything - American business gave it to them to save money.

The funny part is foreign leaders know he’s a puppet for a dollar and he’s a laughing stock

FYI: Taiwan didn't "take away" chip manufacturing from America. It was (gradually) "relegated" to Taiwan because US companies wanted to focus on higher-margin "chip design" part of the work.

He pays more taxes in china then in the United States. He does not disparage his bank's owners, only their rivals. That is where his loyalty lies.

He knows nothing about chip industry. TSMC bought license from RCA and began to develop its foundry- entire new biz model. This makes possible many American fabless firms to concentrate on designing chip. Taiwan helps to create a new industry, not replacing the existing American one. This is a very different story from Japan in the 80.

1) There's a big difference between "strategic ambiguity" and "trying and failing to disguise you have no idea what you're talking about."
2) Biden's CHIPS Act was an excellent piece of legislation to ensure semiconductor production on American soil, recognizing their importance to national security. Taiwan's TSMC, the world's leading chipmaker, is now building two advanced semiconductor fabs in Arizona.
3) I live in Taiwan and it's depressing that many people here think he has Taiwan's back because he "talks tough" on China. He'd sell this place out in a heartbeat.

Capitalism is why Taiwan is the semiconductor epicenter of the world. What the US has done to bring semiconductor manufacturing back to the US is handing out money and incentives, socialism for companies.

The sheer stupidity of Trump's views, not to mention their inaccuracy, is utterly breath taking.

Taiwan didn't take our jobs away. Our government has allowed secondary education to become so prohibitively expensive that our children can't attain the skills needed to compete. So Taiwan and a host of other countries filled the gap.

He doesn't "play" the dictators. They found it very easy to play him.
