I have spent more than 5 hours already to change the wifi info. it asks for a password that I don't remember. I CANNOT hard reset it at all. That is pretty dumb. I will nbever buy HP again.

Hi, Have a CM3530 that can print via usb but cannot connect true cat5 network, cannot find the factory reset option. may you let me know? also if the factory dose not work do i need to replace the main board? i have the LAN port orange light but not the green lights.

I have a hp laserjet pro m104w that I have not used in a long time. cant recall the password also. My problem is wired or wireless I can access the device toolbox but not the system tab. in either wired or wireless via web browser or the HP smart software, both see and connect to the printer and load up device toolbox ok. But under the advanced settings to get to the part with the tabs its the same. If I select the System Tab it requires a password to go forward, so I cant get to the part to reset it.

HP P2035n password will not reset. I did what the HP site say. Hold down the arrow button and cancel button while turning the printer on. I did that. All the lights flashed just like the site said they should but the password was still there. I even let the lights flash for a solid minute straight and yet the password remained. Any ideas on how to reset it? Odd this is I never remember putting a password in this thing..
