So nice to see Gennaro again!!
Many many years ago, Gennaro did a dish on a weekend morning cooking show - Guinea Fowl (I think) cooked with rosemary, shallots and garlic, then white wine in at the end to finish. I adapted it to chicken legs (drum and thigh) and have been making it ever since. It's a big big favourite in my house and always a treat. So THANK YOU Gennaro :)

This man is a legend many years ago he made gennaros family ragu on a show, i have to say it became my favorite and i have made it so many times and i will keep on making it till the end of my days. Thank you Gennaro and thank you Jamie, I've just eaten the tastiest pasta dish I've ever cooked at home. Beautifully clear and simple instructions from Gennaro and good quality ingredients were all I needed. The garlic was really sweet cooked that way. The whole thing was delicious!
