I have psoriasis. I’m a 32 year old male of Western European descent. I have fair skin. I have noticed that 15-25 minutes of direct sunlight 4-5 times a week with my shirt off completely resolves my psoriasis.

What would you say to Dr McDougall who has shown data that D3 supplements are toxic, can cause imbalances and bioaccumulate in your system? I get pretty confused by all the different sources of data 😔
