Body of missing mother, taxi driver found; GBI identifies suspects in her murder

At this day and age, it is not safe to be an Uber or Lyft driver anymore, unless you have two layers of bullet proof vest, is allow to carry and your car has a bullet proff sliding window and your passengers are only allow in the back seat. Otherwise, it’s a death sentence.

This the exact reason when I drove for lyft, I did only scheduled rides to the airport. I dealt with mainly business people traveling. I stopped picking up random people on the streets who requested a lyft. Not saying that's 100% safe however it's definitely safer. So, so sad for everyone !

This story is confusing. Were the 4 suspects her passengers? What does the ross clothing store surveillance have to do with her disappearance? Why does her shopping in the video make the video "chilling" as reported? Officers performed a well being check at who's home? Is it her home where she was found or someone else's? Her husband reports she was missing 4 days prior to the well being check. Do the husband and wife have seperate homes? I can only assume that the news has details they can't state which is why these details are being strung together in a way that isn't adding up for those of us with no knowledge of the case. Either way this is devastating. Such a beautiful person with a family and now she'll never see them again. Prayers to the family and friends of this young woman.

RIP. That's the problem with these ride sharing services. In the good old days, the cab drivers and their vehicles are designed specifically for the safety of the driver and occupants (i.e safety shield). With ride sharing, you can bet that at any moment your occupant may be a psychopath who's out on bail, so good luck.

I’m telling everyone right now. This day and age it’s too easy for us to have a live stream connection with a home base of some sort to keep people safer. If they knew the vehicle and person were being recorded in real time with an audience it would keep unscrupulous people in check. Not to mention safer for passengers who deal with the fake drivers or drivers with ill intentions. What do y’all think?

Uber and Lyft will never ever be a real Taxi!!!! They're not a taxi!!! Not a taxi company... They are a "ride share"

People make it sound like only illegal immigrants do this job...they sound dumb when they input that into the stories. But it's available for everyone. Except regular people act like it doesn't pay enough so they dont ever do it. Especially now that they pay the driver's less than 50% per ride fare.
