ohhh snap relaunch lets go, i got into this game a couple months ago and been watching your old vids for help. A lot has changed tho since launch just finished a game actually. Looking forward to future HK content!

This game is such an underrated gem and I'm sad that it seems like we won't get new expansions / dlc... so much potential

I loved this game, but it always felt like it needed more polish to me. And notably, the AI felt lacking in variety to play with due to how few ai personas there were, the lack of a random option, and the lack of the MASSIVE MISSED OPPORTUNITY to allow you to make multiple custom personas and save them to play against as AI. I really have no idea how my persona acts, and I'd have to find another player willing to play with it in multiple games just to find out how it acts every time i want to change it to make it really feel like an AI of my own playstyle. Not only that, but I'd love to just spend time making AI to play against of my friends - even those that may not be interested in playing the game - and/or historical leaders and potentially even just have an AI-only game with a group of them.
And for some players, including some of my friends - but not myself, they feel that some free basegame content is near necessary to really give the game another chance.

I've been giving it another shot with the latest update, and it has been feeling a million times better than when i last played it. I just... I worry it may be too little too late. I commend the devs for continuing to update the game and add new content, wish them the best of luck, and hope for the game to really earn itself a second chance.

I loved this game at first, but everytime I made it to basically the medieval/early renaissance my game was laggy and turns took forever.

Jimbo it's so nice to see you back playing humankind. Unfortunately playing humankind lately has been a drag! When I play nation or higher. The Ai are basically cheating. When you fight them. Their archers can shoot you from behind and over mountains and without even being visible on the battle map. I would like to see you witness this mess when you play 😢

I played through this game on the default difficulty and by the end I had the pick of like 3 different victories.
I recently started a new game, this time I picked "nation" difficulty, everything was going fine until my greatest ally, who also happened to be way more powerful than me and was "protective" became "tyrannical" and declared war on me. And they neighbour my territory, so it looks like I've lost before even entering the modern era this time lol
