Learning about TMS and practicing the proper techniques has helped rid me of my pain by about 80-90%. Once I learned there was no structural issue and my brain has wired the pain incorrectly things began to improve. Recovery from TMS is a slow process. Stick with it. Your pain is temporary! It will subside!

Hey John, I've been dealing with low back pain for about 2 months now. after seeing the chiropractor and it not being sucessful, I read Dr Sarno's book and become fully convinced that TMS was the issue. Recently (the past week) I've been have pain in my upper neck while working out and today it was so bad that I couldn't finish my workout. I am new to the journey of healing, so my low back pain isn't completely gone either. My question is, is it ever possible to have pain in multiple areas when it comes to TMS? In my case, neck pain and low back pain?
