Let’s be real, pretty much all of Disney’s live action adaptations of the classics have been objectively bad. It’s down to the awful sets, cheap costume design, overuse of CGI, and overall lack of creativity. Rachel Z was just the scapegoat.

Disney added to many terrible changes to this live action remake to the point when it's not Snow White anymore. They just call it "Snow White". Disney put the kiss back in in order to try saving their lousy butts. They tried to get Zegler to backtrack on her lousy comments and make an "apology" *cough cough* because when the trough runs dry, Disney gets desperate.

9:42 I think when she initially said she wasn’t going to be saved by the prince, she wasn’t lying. I think they changed the movie from the time she said that to it being released with the reshoots and everything

I am upset. He called her problems “Princess Problems.” That completely disregards the entire message of the movie that her problem is important and she will need to be fearful for her life. Like what? Who wrote this very bad script that goes against everything the original movie stood for. After hearing this, I’m just disappointed that this movie did not do even worse.

The reason why Rachel took most of the hate over Gal is because Rachel insulted the original, the fans and the way she spoke was so 'mean-girl' that she painted herself as the villain here. Even talking about the actor who played the prince and joking/jeering saying "His scenes could get cut. Who knows? It's Hollywood, Baby!" was so cold and heartless. It dismisses all the hard work that actor has put into his career to even get that role, let alone his performance as that role. And while I'm not a trump supporter, I can't believe she'd say, "May they never know peace." - what a cruel thing to say, just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean you get to treat them like they don't matter.

Also, Rachel brought this on herself. She said in a video clip "I don't need your business." and the people heard her and responded loud and clear. the silence in all those empty theaters was deafening.
