How to open a Wild Deodorant to change the refill

UPDATE - I forgot to mention following: Make sure to push down on the used cartridge when you start winding anti clockwise - then it will engage and wind down to the bottom after about 10 turns.

Lol, I bought a second refill case because I thought I had broken the first. Really helpful. I gently pressed on the old refill to encourage it to go down. Thanks.

I had to get in touch with Wild customer service. Push down the refill while turning the bottom to the left... It worked finally

Forgot to mention you have to actually push it down some yourself and then turn it or you will be turning and turning till your fingers hurt
