freddy is the son of the man who opened this place. his father, peter pallazzola, opened this place about a year before freddy was born. freddy has been working there since he was a kid and is now technically the second generation owner of the place. really cool!

He’s perfected his craft and you taste it in every bite and every dish he prepares!!! It’s work of ART in culinarily and in life. Hot honey is my absolute favorite pizza trend ever. Local joint where I used to live served a hot honey cheese pizza with local farm Mozz, honey, and sour dough pizza dough. Best pizza I ever had. They did candied jalapeño pizza too which also exceptional.
