I must be in the minority but I love how it looks

Probably the funniest positive review I've seen for a guitar. They can't stand looking at it but it's so good that they're relentlessly positive on the sound and the feel.

I love it. As an everyday guitar it plays extremely well. Everyone who has picked up mine, even though they might not like the look. They all agree from a playability perspective it’s a big leap ahead.

I felt the same way about headless guitars for the longest time. But I picked up a headless kiesel delos a few years ago and I play it more than anything else. it's so light and compact it's a perfect couch guitar. I'm pretty much sold on the concept and plan on getting another.

Speaking as an old, fat guy, they are great for those of us with back, arm and hand pains too.

Mine arrives tomorrow. I got it to play at my computer desk. Its compactness and extra position makes it great for tight spaces. Plus it's quality.

once you start to play it you appreciate its shape more and more till eventually it becomes the most beautiful guitar for you, at least that's what happened to me. Bought mine for ergonomics and versatility, but as a result sold my other guitars as I never played any of those since I've got a Strandberg. They did something right. Thank you, Ola!

Fits great in wall hangers made for ukelele like String Swing or Hercules. I also have a Hercules hanging floor stand. People use a lot of different stands, it's not as difficult as it seems at all.

Just recently got one, and love it. You guys had about the same reaction I did after sitting down with it for a while, I don’t hate how it looks, but I am afraid when I show up with it that people expect either a skill level or genre, I’m not prepared to play. My solution after about 2 weeks of trying to find a place to put it was, a hanging guitar stand that I modified with golf club grips, that I cut down to the size I needed, and slid on the stand backwards. I think not being able to hang it is its main flaw. Great video, and thanks.

I have that exact model, it's a great guitar, probably the best I have. It fits into a standard floor stand if you place it a little crooked

Fun video. Bought the Salen jazz model. The clarity is outstanding. Definitely a keeper.

I have an 8 string Strandberg and I LOVE it. Love the way it plays, sounds and looks. Every other guitar feels like a downgrade after living with a Strandberg for a while. Only annoying thing is finding a stand to put it on, I use one of those floor stands that has two cradle arms and a neck rest and it works great. There are some wall mounting pieces you can buy as well.

If you've ever hit your headstock against your desk when writing / recording, this doesn't happen with Strandbergs. The lack of a headstock means it doesn't tip when you hold it. If you play in a more classical style and use a leg riser, you don't need that anymore with the Strandberg's 2nd leg position cutout. The angled neck gives you a more stable grip. The position of the jack means it never gets in the way or gets pulled out.

All those little details for me add up to the perfect guitar. My biggest gripe is the lack of customization options like other pickup models, fancier finishes and wood selection etc.

The headstock kinda (a lil bit) makes up for the wierd shape when it comes to putting the guitar down. You can easily chuck it onto a bed or sofa without worrying that the tuning pegs will get affected.

You can use banjo/mandolin hangers for the 6 string strandbergs. String swings work great.

I got the Boden Metal NX 6. I played it lightly for a few days because it´s so light, I was afraid I was gonna break it. But I turned up the heat and agression. Still couldn´t knock it out of tune! It took me roughly two whole weeks before I needed to finetune it! These are words that no Gibson owner has ever spoken...

I’ve got the 6string fan fret. My favourite in my collection at the moment. ☺️

I used to hate the looks as well. Now I have bought two within 2 years and sold 2 other guitars for them. The concept just wins you over and makes you love the design, over time. Even the looks. You start to feel like "yeah, finally a really modern guitar". But it's already becoming classic.
I still want one with a Ibanez Wizard-style neck. Probably will have to do that myself once I have the money to buy the tools and material.
I have been even thinking about butchering my USA PRS Custom24 to become headless. But I guess I should try it out on a cheaper guitar first :D
