Definitely needed the wise words about not getting a job straight out of college. Currently grinding away at my sanity as a customer service rep but the monotony helps me come up with more imaginative stories.

I'm crying because I watched this on my big expensive TV and it looked better than every show they broadcast in the Netherlands, WHY IS THIS SO SATISFYING TO WATCH?!

You guys have inspired me so much! And now I'm in college pursuing a career in film making. I recently just uploaded my first short film; Life Goes On; and it would mean the world if you guy's spent a few minutes watching it and telling me what you think! Thank you so much! You rock!

For me, a big part of staying motivated is just being busy. I often find myself losing motivation when I don't have anything to work on and since I'm not a great writer (looking to go the cinematography route as a result) I don't really like doing that either. However, once I've found a project or once I'm past the writing part, which again I would like to leave up to better more talented people in the future, I can work on stuff 20+ hours a day. That's when survival mode kind of disappears and I find myself forgetting to go and eat for example :p

So I would say: If you ever lose motivation, * just find something to work on because it's often inbetween projects where you lose it.*

Heyo Lord house or Ryan Connolly... Was that right? Anywho.. When you are sitting down, trying to find ideas for a short, or whatever you are working on, How on earth do you know what idea you should expand on, and which ones you should brush off? This seems really hard, for me!
