Why don't you learn how to hold the camera so your video is not vertical and so that people can actually see/hear what youre doing?

p.s. I just did this myself so it's not simply regurgitating the manual - it actually worked for me after trying what was in the video which didn't work.  I should say clearly I appreciate the op posting the video and trying to help everyone out - it's just that this isn't the method recommended by the manual and that worked for me.

This is not how to "fix" the grinder.  The manual has clear instructions on how you do this that actually work :)  The steps are:
1.  Remove hopper
2. Set grind size to 1
3. Loosen lower burr holding nut (turn clockwise not counterclockwise - it is reverse threaded).
4. Set grind size to 16
5. Unlock and remove top burr
6. Remove nut, spring and flat washer and then carefully remove the lower burr.
(Be careful it is very sharp!)
7. With needle-nose pliers remove the grind fan, the metal washer and the felt washer.
8. Unblock the grinds exit chute using the supplied brush or a pipe cleaner.
(If you feel around the side wall at the bottom of recess you'll feel a square
hole on the lower right if you are facing the front of the machine - that is the
     chute the coffee travels down).
9. Clean chute from the bottom through where the grinds come out.
(If you feel around the side wall at the bottom of recess you'll feel a square
hole on the lower right if you are facing the front of the machine - that is the
chute the coffee travels down).  Also at this point you should clean everything
thoroughly and make sure if anything is wet that you allow it to dry thoroughly
     before reassembling.
10. Insert felt washer, then the metal washer and then the grind fan making sure everything is reseated properly.
11. Insert the lower burr then the flat washer and then the spring washer.
12. Place the nut on the drive pin and tighten by rotating counter-clockwise.
13. Insert and lock the top burr by first inserting in the align position and rotating clockwise to the lock position.
14. Set grind size to 5
15. Replace and lock hopper.
16. Test grinder
17. Set back to normal grind size.

Here is the instruction manual online in pdf format if you want the pictorial.

Try not to use oily beans. I hate over roast beans. They are burnt and that's why they get oily. Oily beans is a sure recipe for clogged grinder. I used slightly oily beans only once, and my grinder clogged. I didn't need to remove the bolts and nuts...The basket was blocked. So I used a toothpick to remove bits of coffee beans until I could remove the basket. That also solved my problem. I swear, I'll never buy/use oily beans ever again.

I want to follow this procedure to clean my lower burr, but the lower burr is stuck on the fan even after removing the washers and nut. Am I missing a step?

Hi Jason,
Thanks for your video. I followed your instruction and cleaned out and unclogged the grinder completely. Did it twice. However, the coffee still would not fall through the upper basket. It's not the hole that got clogged, but between the basket and grinder head where coffee cannot fall through. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance. Mike

This is kind-of a terrible video- shaky, portrait-orientation by mobile phone cam, and sound becomes nearly inaudible about halfway through.   I didn't check your followup video with fixed sound because this one was good enough for me.

So your video confirms that the filter-size lights alternate, and the filter-button light is OFF - this condition seems to indicate that the bean hopper is not locked.  My grinder jammed for the first time today after about 18months of light-duty use, making a jamming noise for about 5 seconds, and I think it immediately showed this lights condition, which seems strange if the hopper was locked.  Maybe the jamming UNLOCKED the hopper - if so that would be a cool feature.  ANYWAY, in my case, cleaning per the manual and this video, then locking the hopper, cleared the condition and resumed normal operation.

Note changing the grind fineness from coarse to fine to coarse should loosen the burrs, if they have a lot of bean debris that is preventing you from removing the burrs.

Thanks for posting this video.
