Steph scored 37 in game 5 vs the cavs, 7 threes. 17 points in the fourth to win a very crucial game. Max just cause you aren't aware of Curry's past heroics in the finals doesn't mean they didn't happen. Watch the last 3 games of 2015 Finals. Game 6, 13 points in the fourth to win the series. Crazy performances at the highest stage. Max needs to start respecting him

If Steph got the calls he deserved he would’ve had 50-55 last game. It’s been like this for years now

KDs fmvps always meant nothing to me because the only reason he was getting those shots was because Steph was getting double and triple teamed the whole game. Steph got double teamed 40 times to KDs 2. Yet Steph still got similar stat lines.

I Don't like when Max does this, he'll act like he isn't throwing shade while still giving a compliment.

Curry is coming for that 4th championship and 1st Finals MVP 😤.

Here is one game In The finals of Steph that is literally never talked about, because they lost the game and series.

But game 3 2019 against Toronto, KD and Klay both missing, Toronto literally playing a box and 1 defense on Steph where he is the ONLY scoring option on the team.

He had 47-8-7 on 46-43-92 splits. Crazy how forgotten that game is

Does Max even watch games? When the Warriors were blowing people out, he didn’t play during the 4th quarter. If he played all quarters, his stats would be much higher.

Max Kellerman stop 🛑 hating on Steph Curry. In 2016, he played on a hurt ankle

Kobe shot less than 40 percent in the finals multiple times and we are hating on 45 percent?

I don't think anyone takes Max seriously since this is the same guy who would rather let Iggy take the game winning shot over Curry with the fate of the universe on the line.

Man everytime Max talks about Steph he sounds like the Skip Bayless type of sports analyst

Max should apply this same logic to Kobe. Kobe also had:
- Multiple rings where he arguably wasn’t the best player on his team.
- Was (like Steph) able to win without said player.
- Has had some questionable finals performances.

By this logic Max should also be out here shitting on Kobe’s legacy 🤷‍♂️

I love how LeBron is considered great for averaging 35-13-9 at 6'9 on 39-31 splits with three teammates in double figures no one averaged more than 16, while Steph at 6'3 averaged 26-5-6 on 44-38 splits with three teammates in double figures with no one averaging more than 16. Regardless of what you wanna say Steph out played LeBron in the clutch in those last three games while boths teammates were subpar.

Everyone has gotten use to Steph making insane shots, fouled or not. It's truly incredible. 2015 Steph was MVP. Crazy he didn't win it.

Max will be a hater on whatever show he’s on. Gotta respect it lol

That JWill assignment was spot on! I've also been saying this all along. Some people have very selective memory. Don't just look at the box score, go back and watch the games. There's only a handful of players who have played better than Steph in finals history for players who have played in multiple finals. I can already see the same people who said JT didn't shoot it well in game 1 but played great for the win saying that he played like thrash 5 years from now...

Can someone explain to Max that Steph has had 1 poor finals performance? This is his 6th finals and he’s been great in 5 of them. I don’t see him making these arguments about Lebron or Kobe’s bad finals even though it would apply the same logic.

This is the 14th time Max has said "this is the 1st time we've seen this from Steph"

2015 :- Steph deserved FMVP
2016 :- Yeah he chocked
2017 :- It's clearly Kevin Durant
2018 :- It was closed both average similar numbers but that game 3 by KD changed everything
So steph has always performed well (other than 2016). Imo he should have got 1 or 2 FMVP by now and he's already Top 10 players of All-time
