That seems so peaceful and nice . How often do you have to bow down ? I heard something when a parent dies you bow down like 100 times

I know my fiancee's family still does the same thing, but even he says it's unusual for people to do it now with so many. I think it's because the vast majority of his family is sill in the same city. Thanks so much for sharing this! I was wondering, do you ever get nervous at ceremonies like that where you have to participate?

Thank you so much for showing us this. I love Korean culture and it's hard to find videos about it.

Thank you so much for sharing, so interesting... I wonder if that is done regardless of religion or if it goes as part of religion.
Also, how comes it is the first time for Hugh when you said at the beginning they do that ceremony every year?

Wonderful! hanok in Mr Kwons family looks so beautiful someday I wish I had one in country. you know, Korean tradition house has a unique feather in appearance and its ability. There seems to be houses which last one thousand years that were made of fine plumber. living in apartment, I am so boring, which prevents me from keeping Jindogae, smart dog. As possible as I can, selling my apt, I would like to build my own house in the country smelling the scent of burning hay while hearing dogs barking.

Is this Confucianism? Do people believe that they are communicating with the ancestors or do they just perform this ceremony for the sake of keeping up with tradition?
