my friends and I collected flowers this weekend and make beautiful pancakes out of them! you should try it too. It's really fun. You're surrounded by edible flowers! just so you know, azaleas with pointy leaves, pansies, and cherry blossoms are edible too!

What a fun and beautiful day!! Thank you so much for sharing it - I am so excited to know that flower culture spreads around the world in so many different ways!! <3 <3 Taking pictures of flowers (and wearing them in my hair - ha! though that is a pretty Hawaiian thing!) is one of my favorite things to do!!

Also if there are fields planted for the flowers for photos like this, does that mean things like botanical gardens are also popular? Or is it more casual parks and fields in more rural areas that may happen to be planted with flowers by the local community?

those are the same flowers they use the seed to make canola oil right? those are a weed here in the U.S they grow in ditches like a dandelion. it's very interesting to see another culture appreciating them.

you're so cute together! Nicholas : you're SO pretty with this dress ! the lace top and the color of the dress is a really good match with your skin-tone <3

I really like the fact that people take time from their busy life to go to the countryside and admire flowers (and cute little bees >w<) This is a really wonderful thing in the Korean culture!...Even thought Hugh can't walk in the neighborhood in pajamas during this period! ='[....:D

Too much movement... Great color and scenery, but I experience motion sickness, and cannot watch. =(
