How to Make Hot Dogs in an Air Fryer

Ingredients
-1 1/2 Cup Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread Crumbs
-½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
-1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
-1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
-½ Teaspoon Paprika
-Kosher Salt
-Black Pepper
-2 Eggs
-16 oz. Jar Pickle Chips, drained
-Cooking Oil Spray
-8 Hot Dogs
-1 Pack Martin’s Long Rolls (8 Rolls)
Optional Condiments

Directions
Step 1
To a medium bowl, add Butter Bread Crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, add eggs and whisk.

Step 2
Dry pickle chips on paper towels to remove excess liquid. Dredge each pickle in egg wash, then bread crumb mixture until coated evenly.

Step 3
Place breaded pickle chips in a single layer in air fryer basket. Evenly spray pickles with cooking oil spray. Put basket in air fryer and air fry at 390 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway. Remove from air fryer and set aside. Repeat with remaining pickle chips.

Step 4
Wipe air fryer basket with paper towel to remove excess bread crumbs. Place 8 hot dogs in air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5
To assemble, place each hot dog in Long Roll, top with fried pickles and desired condiments, and serve warm.

I've been airfrying hot dogs, sausages and hot links now for about a year and a half, it's now my favorite way to cook 'em up fast and easy! The outside gets crispy and the inside is juicy. Game changer.

Thanks for this video and sad to see so few comments. Gonna try this and let everyone know how it worked out but wil try it at 375F as not all air fryers are equal.

Martins Team and everyone else reading this, a huge step was missed here. After the hot dogs are done, put the buns in the air fryer (300 degrees give or take, or even the same 390 no biggie) for 1-2 minutes open side down so they are nice and toasted.

Your mind will be blown with how good they are like this. Everyone I tell this too wont eat them any other way now. Enjoy!!
