First time Ever!!!
Our premier recipe for this channel, is a dish so close to my heart, reminds me of home. The not-so-ordinary Filipino Chicken Adobo AIP version.
Easy and Fun to Make!

Ingredients:

3 lbs of Organic chicken
1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar
1 tbsp of Ghee (clarified butter) or Avocado Oil
Salt (according to taste)
1 cup of coconut aminos -as soy sauce replacement
Bulb of garlic
Medium to Large size Onion of any color
Few Bay Leaves
1/2 tsp Organic Maple Syrup

Steps:

1. Marinating the Chicken for at least an 30 minutes to an hour or better yet overnight in the fridge with crushed garlic, slice onion, salt, few bay leaves, and coconut aminos.
2. After marinating, once the pan is warm use a tablespoon of ghee to the pan and sauté the aromatics until it caramelize in medium high heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken, pour a portion of the marinate and add the Apple Cider Vinegar. Put few bay leaves.
4. Cover for a few minutes. Turn the chicken and let it cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is nice rich brown in color.
5. Simmer, sample to taste. Add a few dashes of salt and the maple syrup according to your preference.
6. Turn off the heat. Serve with Cauliflower Rice or on the bed of Garlic Mashed Taro.
