The reason why topspin's head has leadfoot's is because: Lockdown caugbt them both and were left dead but fortunately only topspin was discovered alive by his rescuers (either other surviving autobots or whoevers protecting them) but his spark was near shutting down so in order to save his headless body they have to use leadfoot's head and spill energon to revive him HOWEVER soon after he was revived it not only change his personality but it also changed his accent because back then Topspin's accent was irish
