although it is worth mentioning that with the audience of the pokemon anime growing older and nowadays having more teens and adults than children watching it, increasing the maturity in their openings is a good call too. if only the english opening could have been even close to as well done.

Oh my god this theme slaps soooo hard its so amazing!!! Liko is such an awesome protagonist but still cant top Ash. I think that it's good Pokemon Horizons is changing the format of pokemon since it allows new viewers to join in without requiring lore that builds on. And they can get to know the protagonist without having to watch an extremely extremely old season 1 of the pokemon anime. Im gonna compare end of Kanto Ash to Liko when s1 of Horizons ends
