really liked the last trick of inserting cursor at beginning & pressing shift and then inserting cursor at last point to be selected

I'm working with a 179 page document for a ministry research project. I want to find all the uses of a specific word... "Lord, " for example. Is there a faster way to find, select, and highlight all of them? Or do I need to Ctrl+F for each of them? by the way, there are almost 500 occurences of the word in the document!
