The rogue nation of North Korea is one of the world’s most secretive societies.
Ruled by a military dictatorship since it was formed in 1948, it often describes itself as a “self-reliant” socialist state with a cult of personality around its leader, Kim Jong-un.
But just how strong is the country's military?

There is no way NK can mobilize 1 000 000 soldiers while feeding them at the same time for more than a couple of days

Realistically most of their equipment is 1960s Soviet malnourished army. A good amount would probably run to the other side if a conventional war broke out. Take the opportunity into South Korea

There is like so big a difference between a Frigate (1000 plus tons) and patrol vessals (under 400 tons?) why would you lump major surface combatants with hundreds of marginal vessels.

Half of this is just flat out not true. They certainly do not have that many tanks and armored vehicles.

Hi I am from South Korea and I know Korea uses F-35, which US uses today, but North Korea uses Mig series which is made in 1950~1970.

I saw the North Korean army chasing Kim Jong Un on a boat. They're even crying when they couldn't chase him further while half of their body are underwater. That's what North Korean army is.
