I don't mind a 3k or 3.2k resolution with 120hz refresh rate, it would have been to these specs rather than a 4k 60hz.

I wish they would start putting haptic touchpads on these laptops. For people that use a laptop as a laptop and don't always have them on a table with a mouse connected, a haptic touchpad is a HUGE deal. This is one of the reasons I have found it so hard to switch away from MacBooks.

I love my MacBook Pro and will likely never go back to Windows, but I love seeing the PC space improve so much. It puts more pressure on Apple to improve Macs, so everyone's a winner.

Having gotten the 120hz Znbook 14 Pro last year... I'd say 60hz is not a dealbreaker for me. You can always plug into a monitor if you want 120hz for gaming, and I often turn mine down from 120hz to 60hz so it runs cooler and quieter. Having it be perfectly 4K is nice for video editing and watching, screen mirroring, etc.

I'm drooling over it... but I don't need it... but in a year or two when the RTX 5000s come out I might have to consider if I still need a desktop and a laptop, or should switch to a single laptop like this instead.

Asus, if you're seeing this, for the ArtPro P16, have it at least 120hz, and the option for a convertible. Everyone who commented sent an email to Asus about these considerations.

I think that they'll release a new Studiobook next year. They made this product as an in-between product until the next Studiobook releases. The 2025 Studiobook will probably have a 120Hz display, the 3D stuff, and a more powerful graphics card.

So is Asus really working on a Studiobook 16 this year? If so what are possible differences than these models, shall we be hyped and wait for it? And how long would we have to wait for a stronger laptop?

Perhaps waiting for the new ARM chips is the most sensible option for a windows laptop right now... espcially given their claims...

This seems to be one of the best laptops on the market, I see only few downsides:
- lack of ethernet port so you'll need to buy an adapter,
- proprietary power connector, so if your power adapter dies you'll probably need to get a very expensive replacement
- 60Hz, well for some people, for me not a dealbreaker, would have been just a nice addition to have a higher refresh rate, but not that required IMHO.

I wonder if it is upgradable RAM and SSD wise, hopefully it's not soldered and if not how easy it is to open and replace the parts.

If I wouldn't have bought a ThinkPad P1 G6 about 10 months back, I'd seriously consider this. AMD platform over all the over thin and light mobile workstation machines is tremendous. No other )low power) screen option though - would love a WQHD matte resolution screen on this.

Not only 120 Hz refresh rates are missing, but a full keyboard with numeric pad.
