CSUDH Innovation and Instruction Building Goes Vertical

The CSU Dominguez Hills Innovation and Instruction Building has gone vertical! The project team has completed underground MEPs, foundations, slab on grade, and has started to place the structural steel. Designed by HGA Architects, the four-story structure will house general university and business school classrooms, faculty/administration offices, and a café, as well as an university event center with kitchen support. Classrooms and computer labs from 25 to 120 seats are designed as active learning environments. Faculty offices, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and open collaboration areas encourage student interaction and collaboration while enhancing the continuous learning environment.
