A big point you miss on cost is the quality of lead increase which can actually lower the cost of human resource and capital. The cost of a lost lead or sale because of a poor human call center is high compared to the cost above average call interaction led by AI agent, that is more likely to consistently deliver a on target KPI and doesn’t have to sleep and can take multiple calls at the same time and can iterate and learn from the volume of calls. This is not cost prohibitive even if it looks expensive. What’s expensive is developing a call center, training individual humans, dealing with HR and taxes. This — when it can deliver at the baseline and above - already outpaces the cost effectiveness compared with human agents

The biggest issue I have with Ai helping people is if it does a bad job people are going to be telling everybody and anybody! So I'm hoping they haven't not released it to early because it will be a very bad idea.
