A fake video is going viral of a boat sinking claiming that the accident happened in Goa and 23 bodies have been recovered and 40 people have been rescued while 64 are missing. Greed of the boat owner in overloading, and over-confidence of travellers is said to have caused the accident. The Accident occurred in from Congo South Africa.
