here in canada, it gets cold enough in our cars that if you leave a bottle of water in the car for a while in the morning, it'll do that insta-freez thing when you hit it. it's actually really cool (no pun intended)

Cool, a few tricks I didn't know about.
I've done bag in salty icy bag for ice cream but that nectar looks far more delicious! I love sorbets, a spoon of honey would help break down the ice crystals that form while freezing.

4:11 in Indonesia we call it "Es Puter" because you put that juice in a cylindric tin inside a pot, and you twist the iced pot with and rolled it for about 30 minutes
