To me, the fourth one doesn't even exist because it's so bad with the Creeper design and the plot. The death of the Creeper on the last one should be the last of the non-creeper, disturbing creature ever. I didn't even watch it. I read into the reviews and the way it went online and i made a huge success in not going to see it. The third one made the fourth look good. This one clip right here is better than the whole fourth movie. If they want to reboot it right, make the creature more menacing looking, darker and demonic. Not a skinny shriveled up non-Creeper looking face that is supposedly scary. Which the writers and director should definitely be banned from the next movie.

Creeper is so Malnourished at 1:30 that his right-hand fingertips bent (it like Beckham) when he was grabbing his tool. The poor guy can't even use his 'finger' when he feels itch in his black hole.

IMO, the first two Jeepers creepers movies were good, the third one got kinda off track. I personally didn't care for it. If they make a fourth, I hope it's better than the third one.
