It’s crazy that Brad mentions a significant tornado possible near Sulphur at 7:39:17 well before it actually happens. That man is truly the tornado sniffer. Andy, Brad, Ryan, and the rest of the crew are truly amazing people. Always callout a storm before it’s even warned. I recommend you to all of my friends and family as a midwesterner with family in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Thank you!! My family in OKC area are fine but it was an eventful night.

The moment a violent tornado hit Sulphur OK made me cry a lot. Ryan, this is one of your best streams ever. Your streaming saved dozens of lives in the affected areas. Without you, the damage would have been even more catastrophic. This is truly is historic event for weather😢.

Holdenville, OK my sons trailer was a complete loss. My son Brian Davis and James Davis were inside. The tornado went near the trailer and pushed it over. Both boys survived.

For all the people who are always saying they hope it hits rural, newsflash - people live here too. It's not being mentioned anywhere, but a small area of rural northeast Tx had a tornado skip through early Friday evening. Many of us, including myself, still without power and no restoration in the foreseeable future. So many trees down and mangled into the power lines. Praise be to God the houses in my immediate area were spared. No idea beyond that because of all the trees on the roads. Keep all in your prayers as more heavy rains come today and in the forecast for all week.

Sulphur got absolutely destroyed last night, it was extremely eerie watching the warnings pile up there. God bless.

Downloaded Radar Omega on Android and got an Alpha subscription for my PC. This was an amazing broadcast that kept my girlfriend, a nurse working overnight, informed on the situation so she could keep her assisted-living residents safe.

Sulphur was hit hard, major damage seen on drone videos. However, there were also fatalities. Holdenville has 2 confirmed dead, one of which was a baby. So sad. This is why Ryan does what he does and why chasers do what they do. To give people a chance.

This is why I tune in to this channel during severe weather. At 23:38:10 Ryan Hall and Andy Hill indicated concerning rotation that would be heading towards Holdenville, Andy chimed in again with another update about the possible tornado. It took the NWS (23:43:52) about 6 minutes to confirm the tornado. This happened a few other times during this live stream as well on other streams that I have watched, every second counts. I will always come here for weather information, this team is amazing!

Edit - times updated, Andy Hill stated a possible Anti-Cyclonic tornado at 23:42:04, this is RARE, nerding out. Love the channel!

Thank you for covering all this! On Friday when the storms went over Des Moines I was able to contact my 80 yr old parents and tell them to get to the basement. I was on the phone with them and telling them where the tornado was tracking the whole time. You were even calling out street names - one of which was right behind their house. While it didn’t touch down till later in Pleasant Hill, I’m so grateful I was able help them to keep them safe. I’m so grateful for all you do!!

I don’t know when the opossum was on the screen but in the mist of the chaos that was a nice comedic relief.

I’m not even from USA, but I have a friend who lives there, and wanted to make sure the tornado wasn’t near her. I’m so sorry for those, who lives in the places, where the warnings or actual tornados are tho! I tried to stay awake, but eventually fell asleep, so I missed the last hours, but it’s nice of you to warn others and keep others updated. Hopefully no one has been killed or injured. Praying that it won’t happen. Both humans and animals🤞🏼🙏🏼

I live in Holdenville Oklahoma. My wife went to school with the man who passed away with his baby last night. His wife is still in the hospital in critical condition.

I watched until you ended your broadcast. I have extended family in Sulphur, I live in Oklahoma (I don't want to say where), I have family stretched from Kansas into Missouri. My son, his wife and young daughter were in Dallas at the airport due to plane delays, when this storm started. I was a nervous wreck the last few days, to say the least. The way you reported this event was calming, factual, and as it happened. I noticed the delays, and general lack of warnings, from the local weather centers. The issue here, for us, is internet and or cellular coverage that is essentially zero when a storm hits so the warning system for us is severely lacking. I agree that the NOAA radio is the only way to know what to do, but that was not an "as it happened" local news event. This storm has opened my eyes to whether or not we have a proper alert system for most of us living in these regions.

Thank you so very much for all you do, you kept us calm and saved lives.
