Apart from the findings of 'forensic' committe, the case of rape& murder had its proof of cover up by various authorities. Unfortunately, local police, High court of WB and Spreme Court had dodged the case for over 75 days without arrest. it is a shame on the part of CM of WB to cover up.

In fact, the chargesheet filed in the trial court by CBI with only one accused and with out the name/s and details of the other accomplices by itself makes the Chragesheet infractuous as it is evident now from the CFSL report that the Crime has not been done the way it is framed in the chargesheet by CBI before the trial Court. Leagl Eagles from the Civic society need to take this crucial finding before the Judiciary so that imminent miscarriage of Justice is aborted...😊

CBI or any other Intelligence Agencies will only be in a position to identify other culprits other than Sandip Ghosh and ex OC of Tala Police Station, unless and until then Central Government decides to arrive at consensus identification of the culpritsin RG Kar issue in the interest of the Nation. This action will not only raise the image of our Hon’ble Prime Minister to greater height and at the same time our country will shake the world.
