How can I transform a company which don't believe in research and prefer to take decisions based on gut and the hypothesis of the leaders?
I usually do the UI design part of the job and I start from the hypothesis of the leaders. I hate it 😢

I have just watched the overview question and there is a big question that stop me from purchasing the research course: I see usability test is not covered in the course, could you give some context on what's the reason for it?
