Your last story reminds me of a dream I had. It was definitely sleep paralysis and it happened in my room when I was having a nap at 5pm. I saw a plane flying over my house through my window, suddenly it turned into a ufo and shot right up close to my window and beamed a red light into my room. The red light pointed towards my chest and I immediately felt my soul was being taken from me. I screamed so loudly I thought, and the spaceship flew away, I woke up shortly after and realised I didn’t make a sound. Very strange but cool experience
