I have used the same product but had used without using water and on the dry skin....i had no issues with the product and it is just osm....easy to carry and light weight....i loved the product ❤️

I always use this to remove my leg hair. Try to use it on dry skin, after that spray aloevera mist or something moisturizer. ☺️

I used with soap . Soap apply ki foam ki aur ye product use ki mast result mila. Aur lotion laga k b try ki mast result mila. Hot water, or direct dry skin pe bilkul use nhi krna h. Aur halke se rub krna hai . Crystal hai wo😅....

The pressure that you apply also matters, if you apply extra force then it burns the skin, it happened with me as well…. Try to do it gently and it’ll all be good and try to clean the skin and let it dry before using it ❤❤
