I have tried it. Here's my take on it.
It doesn't pull the hair follicles, it's like scraping off the hair. They will grow back in one or two days like with razors. But if used correctly - using it on DRY skin, applying a soft pressure, not insisting too much on the same spot (try again in a day or so if there's some stubborn hair) - it works great! Also, do not use on sensitive areas like bikini line and armpits.
It exfoliates your skin so expect dead skin to also fall with the hair. Downsides are it takes a long time to use and it's a bit hard to reach the back of your thighs/legs & if you're not careful and scrape too much you can hurt yourself. It will work like sandpaper if used incorrectly.

I use it on dry skin and feel no pain. Don’t overdo it by doing one spot for a long tIme because it’ll cause burning. If all the hair doesn’t come out the first time, wait a few days and use it again.

You're supposed to use it on dry skin in circular motion... Move it vigorously but don't apply too much pressure to the skin, you can hurt yourself...

It's the same as shaving but takes longer and hurts cause of scrubbing your leg for so long in the one spot

I don’t use it for hair removal because I don’t have much hair on my legs. However, it’s great for exfoliating when getting out of the shower! I love it for only that reason!

I had one and I thought this is a foot calluses removal tool. Never thought of using it to sand off the hair.

Okay, I am so confused by this.
I've seen SO MANY different things said about this, that I am completely confused by all of this. I had no idea how this was used, and now I have an even less of an idea.
A lot of people say you should use this on wet skin, basically while you're in the shower. Some said you should use it on dry skin.
Some people said you should not press down at all and go slowly, while others say you need to grip it well and just use it, so you feel it.
Some people say you should use this only for legs and maybe arms, but that it should not be used for armpits nor the pubic area. I'm a guy and I bought this to completely shave my armpits and maybe trip my pubic area, before I use a razer down there.
I was expecting something basically somewhat less effective than a razer, which takes a long time to use (meaning front side and pubic area). Now I don't know how ro use it, or even if I should use it.
If anyone would like to clarify if it is suited for these uses, it would be much appreciated.

Its my personal recommendation that do not use this with water as water makes your skin more soft ha when you use this product with water it will make you skin red ...i personally like this crystal and use this directly on my hands and leg

You have to do it in a circular motion and not on wet skin.
