I am using redmi note 5 pro since 2018. It has almost 5 years completed. Last update was Android 9 and it became very slow .
Before 6 months I have rooted my phone, then installed pixel experience . It's running with latest Android 13. My phone is not like a bullet traim❤❤❤.
Now It is faster than even lot of new phone.

These were the things i used to do in 2016-2019 with my samsung phone. But back then it was like a spare phone and no regrets if something bad happens. Now as i have more critical Apps in my primary phone like banking apps i dont feel like rooting phone. One of the reason of not doing is that in first place there is no need now as new android have became more optimized for usage

1) warranty gya khatam 2020 mai liya tha
2) samsung a30 stock os one 4.0 no more
3) mja nhi aarha hai
4)android 11 to 14 one ui 6.0 supported
5) wahi ghisa pita android 11 dekh ke bor ho gya hoon

My device becomes slow on its official software by updates, the last update was android 11, but i flashed custom rom feels like i am using new phone no bloatware, no lag, no hanging, no heating, no ram consumption, no battery consumption full raw performance on old phone realme 3 pro...

I am using arrow os android 13 with silont morgan kernel it's give me 40% extra battery life and performance ♥️
