Martha was done dirty in her original season. For all she accomplished as a companion, it was sullied with every second and moment she was written pining over the Doctor. Thank goodness they gave her more and gave her due during subsequent seasons and Torchwood. Yet every time UNIT pops up in Doctor Who nowadays, she isn't even mentioned. Picture it: Kate and Martha owning whatever villain. It would be amazing.

The best and kindest treatment for Susan, IMO, would be to give her a major storyline that would allow Carole Ann Ford to have her swansong and her very own regeneration scene. That would be awesome!

Putting it here now in case it actually happens - Freema Agyeman was one of the first guests slated for a convention here in the US this weekend. She was announced months ago. A few weeks ago, she cancelled. It was around the time the War Between Land and Sea started filming. Just saying it now in case she's a surprise character return in that series.

Blimey! I hadn't even thought about the 'bonus' entry. I had only one character in mind from the moment the Sarah Jane Adventures was mentioned - K9. Companion aboard the TARDIS with the 4th and Sarah Jane. With the passing of Elizabeth Sladen and assumably, the passing of Sarah Jane Smith, perhaps Luke and K9 could join the Tardis for an adventure or two as a farewell to Luke's mother

I think it would make sense for the Trickster to return, especially with Harriet Arbinger naming him between the Toymaker and Maestro. It would also be interesting if Trickster was behind the Doctor's memory changing about Ruby's mum pointing at the sign. It would also make sense if he created the signpost since it kept fluctuating in the Units time window. Either that or we'll just have to accept that RTD made a ridiculous writing decision. 😄

To me they missed the boat by not giving Capaldi's Doctor more episodes with River, his and Alex's chemistry in Husbands of River Song was amazing.

I think we are long overdue a return of the impossible planet/satan pit crew; Ida, Danny, Zach - after the doctor pulled them from the black hole and helped them on their way, who knows what they go up to?

I’d also love to see a mini return of the family of blood or just one of the family, the toclafane, Jenny, vashta nerada, my guy Ood Sigma and GADGET

Also, about Osgood, The filming of the spin-off revealed that there are scenes being filmed with scientists, so maybe Osgood will cameo as one of them.
