It took me many years to figure this out. When the majority of the women you write to do not respond, you feel like you owe the ones that do. So you play along and she drags it out for weeks (or even months). Eventually you get tired and really push hard for the date. When she gets the feeling you’re getting tired of her game she will suddenly get pissed about something you said and disappear. I used to blame myself for saying something stupid. When it kept happening over and over, I figured out that it was because I was allowing it to go on. So I started giving them “Shit or get off the pot” ultimatums. I would tell 95% of the guys out there to stay off them.
