Phil Harris gave a great performance as Baloo. The scene where he is talking to Bagheera about Mowgli and decides that he has to take him back to the man village are some very good voice acting in particular. I would even go so far as to say his performance is just as good as Robin Williams as the Genie. The ironic thing is that back then people largely knew who he was, but now people mainly know him through his involvement with the Disney movies
